Overview:

Matt founded Talon in January 2016 on the belief that traditional agency staffing models are antiquated, in-house recruitment resources are often overloaded or undertrained, and that on-demand RPO’s present a more attractive, professional, and cost-effective way to acquire the talent required for organizations to stay competitive and remain cutting edge. 

Experience:

Prior to establishing Talon, Matthew was the Director of Client Services for Titus Talent Strategies where he was ranked 2nd in sales and recruitment performance on a team of 40+ recruiters. Additionally, Matt was tasked with growing four regional offices (Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Boston, and Burlington, Vermont). Talon RPO’s core philosophy and many of our key differentiators were developed as a result of the various successes and failures during the Titus Talent Strategies years.

Prior to Titus Talent Strategies, Matt held roles in commercial construction management spanning project management, sustainable building design and construction, energy management, marketing and business development.

Background:

Matt is focused on conducting business development in the New England, Midwest and Mountain West markets. Beyond recruitment, Matt enjoys sailing, skiing, mountain biking, playing guitar, Airstream living, historic preservation and restoring vintage Land Rovers. His home base is currently in Wisconsin, where he is overseeing the renovation of a 1922 Cape Cod in the Frederick Olmstead and Frank Lloyd Wright designed garden community of Kohler.
