Samantha's diverse recruitment experience enabled her to win Talon RPO's highly coveted 2017 Recruiter of the Year award. She spent nearly all of 2017 and most of 2018 supporting the company’s largest healthcare recruitment assignment to date; 225+ placements across a multitude of departments for the University of Vermont Medical Center. Samantha has put forth a truly compelling performance, while regularly going above and beyond to delight her hiring managers. 


Prior to joining Talon, Samantha held multiple recruitment positions spanning RPO, contingent, and in-house settings. After recruiting in Florida and New York City, Samantha now supports projects throughout New England, working from her native state of Vermont.

Samantha grew up in Vermont and attended the University of Tampa in Florida where she majored in Communications. Post college, she held recruitment assignments in Boston, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, and New York City. Outside of work she is an avid cooking enthusiast and enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, biking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog Stella. This winter she will be settling into her first home in Burlington, Vermont.
