Grand Circle Travel is experiencing exciting growth and is seeking a Manager of Genesys Development. The Manager will lead and support initiatives implementing and customizing in-house Genesys software solutions, integrating with the internal systems including the corporate web site, the campaign platform, the data warehouse, and the reservation system. If you have experience implementing in-house Genesys solutions, delivering development tasks utilizing Genesys, leading design reviews with Dev, QA, and BA, and can be a subject matter expert on all things Genesys, we’d encourage you to apply for this role.


  • Proven experience managing Genesys Engineers, Java/C# application developers.

  • 2+ years holding a manager position leading a team and managing vendors.

  • Highly structured and organized.

  • Experience architecting both strategy and systems.

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Genesys framework 8.x configuration, installation and troubleshooting for Genesys framework, including t-server and sip server.

    • Genesys reporting, eServices, Workforce Management, Agent Desktops (WDE), Voice portal (GVP), Info Mart and Interactive Insights.

  • Deep understanding of

    • URS, IRD, GVP, OCS, Infomart, CC Pulse, Interactive insight.

    • Telecom protocols like, ISDN, H.323, SIP and VOIP.

    • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of GVP.

  • Understanding of CCpulse+ and Historical reporting.

  • Proven success working in a fast paced and like scale environment.

  • Proven success working in fast paced and various sized organizations.

  • A strategic thinker that understands the capabilities of technology and how to leverage those capabilities to achieve business results.

  • Proven leader and functional manager, individual contributor, and team player with ability to mentor and check ego at the door.

  • Effective communication skills. Crisp and clear. Informs and directs appropriately on both verbal and written fronts.

  • Ability to thrive in creative and energetic environment.

  • Application and/or data integration is a plus.

  • Genesys certification is a plus.
