Are you fueled by the opportunity to grow? Do you welcome changes and adapt as necessary while maintaining focus on the end goal? Are you aware that growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone, and there can’t be growth without ambition?

Grand Circle Travel is the leader in international travel, adventure, and discovery. They’re a $600M global enterprise with 30 regional offices and 2,000 associates. Over two million Americans have traveled with their award-winning brands.

Grand Circle Travel is experiencing exciting growth and is seeking a Manager of Genesys Development. The Manager will lead and support initiatives implementing and customizing in-house Genesys software solutions, integrating with the internal systems including the corporate web site, the campaign platform, the data warehouse, and the reservation system. Most importantly, your skills with Genesys will be just as critical as your alignment with Grand Circle company values.

Are you interested in managing a team of 3-5 highly skilled Genesys developers? Grand Circle Travel believes in groups of people who work together to create excellent results, solve difficult problems, support each other personally and professionally, and recognize their success. If you’re looking to lead and be part of an empowered team that is committed to taking necessary action to ensure the team reaches their goals, you may want to consider this role.

Can you maximize your effectiveness in an unpredictable and ever-changing environment? In these times of rapid change, global competition, and high volatility in the travel industry, employees at Grand Circle can move quickly to change course and move forward if needed. They work hard to be fast, flexible, and stay ahead of the competition. If you’re able to drive process creation, adoption, and adherence, this could be a role for you. Ultimately, it’s about Genesys Development.
